Yes, it's that time again for another Spin the Pin!!! This week we are bringing you funnel cakes. Woo Hoo!!! Watch the video below to see how we did it.
As you can tell we had some issues, and it took a while for us to figure out how to get the technique down. But we made it through and these funnel cakes were delicious. Check out the original pin we used.
This pin was very straight forward, but we decided to strain our batter to get a smooth consistency. In her post she also had issues with cold oil. If you try this with cold oil you will wind up with a strange fried pancake that resembles a weird sea creature. Make sure your oil is at 375 degrees, and be very careful of it splashing!
