On
January 25th,
we went on a day trip to Orlando for another amazing isomalt opportunity. There was a class being taught by
none other than Sidney and Michelle from Simi Cakes and Confections (which we love!) at the FL ICES Mini Classes event.
This class was focused on blowing isomalt into pumpkin carriages. We
also went to D and G Occassions beforehand as we got to Orlando super
early, and forgot an important item that we needed to bring to the class. Check out the video below and see what we bought there and
